Return & Refund Policy

At Red Bargains, we want every purchase to meet your expectations. To ensure fairness and consistency, we follow a strict return and refund policy. Please review the guidelines below before submitting a request.

Return Window

All return or refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery, as confirmed by the carrier’s tracking information. Requests made after this period cannot be accepted.

Clothing Returns

Clothing items are eligible for return only if they are unworn, in original condition, and accompanied by all original tags and packaging, including the SKU label. A mandatory 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

Other Products 

For all other categories, returns are accepted only in cases of defective, damaged, incorrect, or missing items. Remorse or “change of mind” returns are not permitted. Refunds are issued once valid proof is provided.

Proof of Claim

To process a claim, customers must provide clear photo or video evidence of the issue along with an image of the shipping label showing tracking details. Packaging should be retained until the claim is resolved.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue is the result of an error by Red Bargains or the supplier. Replacement items are not provided; refunds are issued as the sole resolution.

The following categories are final sale and not eligible for return under any circumstances:

Beauty
Supplements
Bodysuits
Face Masks
Intimates & Lingerie
Jewelry
Swimwear

Special Circumstances

Damaged in Transit: Claims must be filed within 3 business days of delivery with required proof. Refunds will be issued; replacement shipments are not available.

Returned to Sender: If an order is returned to the warehouse (excluding cases caused by incorrect shipping addresses), a full refund will be issued within 7 business days of receipt.

Delivered but Not Received: If carrier tracking confirms delivery but the package is not received, carrier proof of delivery will serve as the resolution. Customers may need to initiate a lost package claim directly with the carrier.

Tracking Delays: If no tracking update occurs within 7 business days of label creation, please contact us. Supplier claims will be filed where applicable, though in most cases the order will still be delivered.

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be canceled once processing has begun or the order has shipped. Please verify your order details carefully before checkout.
